Who We Are
Home to the Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and High Museum of Art, the
Woodruff Arts Center is one of Atlanta’s most beloved cultural institutions and a source of
pride for our city and state. As the nation’s third-largest arts center and the largest arts
center to house performing and visual arts on one campus, we are rooted in the belief that
the arts transform lives.
And we see it every day—across our stages, in classrooms and rehearsal halls, and on our
gallery walls. The arts expand our horizons. They create empathy and teach us to dream. The
arts connect us to each other. They give us hope and they help us grow.
For nearly 60 years , we’ve been a place for every
person to experience the transformative power of the arts.
